Environmental Impact Study (EIS)

We’ve launched an automated EIS for site screening and due diligence. Our one-click report consolidates critical environmental, zoning, and permitting data into a single, comprehensive report of potential fatal flaws. With this, users can make informed decisions quickly and cost-effectively. Reach out to kyle@paces.com and check out our blog post to learn more!

Key Data Points:

  • Site Information

  • Wetlands

  • Floodplains

  • Soils

  • Critical Habitat and Endangered Species

  • Conservation Land

  • Permitting Summary from Local Ordinances

Nested Folders & Bulk Actions

Users can now create nested folders to organize their parcels and projects better. They can also apply bulk actions such as adding, deleting, and rating to parcels and projects in these folders. To learn more about this feature, review our help center article.

Refresh Buildable Acreage

Users can now refresh historical Buildable Acreage Calculations that may have become outdated from updates to our underlying datasets (such as floodplain or slope maps). Simply click on the "Manage" dropdown on a Portfolio or Parcel and click on "Refresh Buildable Acreage Calculations." If all related Buildable Acreage Calculations have already been refreshed against the latest data, this action will be disabled. Please note that running this action on a Search Result will not rescore sites nor reevaluate if sites still qualify on the Portfolio based on initial search criteria - to do this, you can select "Refresh Search Results."

Site Upload by Source ID and Unique ID

We now support uploading by parcel Source ID and Unique ID for custom site uploads!

Sorted CSV Exports

Users can now export CSV files of their parcel searches in their desired sort order. Sort the search results in any order and then download the CSV. The CSV should now be consistent with what's shown on the results page.
