Introduction
The new features in Our Sites make it easy to organize and manage sites using folders, including creating nested folders within folders. Bulk actions let you add multiple sites to folders, apply filters to organize sites, rate sites, and delete them.
Organize Using Folders in Our Sites
To create new folders for organizing your sites, click the ‘+’ button in the side panel.
You can also create nested folders within an existing folder. To do this, hover over the target folder in the side panel or click on the folder's title at the top.
Adding sites in bulk to folders in Our Sites
You can add multiple sites to a folder at once. Select the sites you want, then choose Bulk edit → Add to Our Sites. All previously calculated scores, buildable acreage, insights, and other details will be carried over.
You can also apply filters to find specific sites, then select all matching sites and move them to a folder.
Other Bulk Actions: Rate, Merge, and Delete
Rating Sites
You can rate multiple sites at once using bulk actions. Simply select the sites, then choose Bulk edit → Rate.
Merging Sites
You can rate merge multiple sites together from Our Sites folders. Simply select two or more sites, then choose Bulk edit → Merge. From there, name the new site and select the folder you'd like to add the new site to.
Deleting Sites
For deleting sites in bulk, you have two options:
Delete from the current folder/search
Delete everywhere and blacklist: This option will remove the sites from all folders and search results, and they will no longer appear in future searches.
