We have updated our satellite imagery basemap with data provided by MapTiler. Satellite imagery on Paces is now more accurate and up-to-date, streamlining the process of evaluating specific sites and areas for development.
Parcel Blacklist Page
We’ve added a Parcel Blacklist Page for you to track the parcels that won’t be included in Search Results
Blacklist behavior is listed here:
Renamed “Delete Everywhere” to “Delete Everywhere & Blacklist”
This is the only way that a parcel can be added onto the blacklist
Removing a parcel/project from a portfolio using the Manage button and other “Delete from …” buttons won’t affect blacklist
Restoring from “Deleted” would remove the parcel from the Blacklist

No Parcels with Duplicated Geometries in Search Result
There are occasionally parcels that have different APNs but the exact same geometry (i.e., a duplicate of the same parcel) in our system. Previously, those parcels may have shown up in your search results. We have improved our search algorithm so those parcels will no longer be returned in search results.
Updated Illinois R3 Custom Dataset
We’ve refreshed the R3 custom dataset in the Data Portal that outlines which areas in Illinois are eligible for the state’s Restore, Reinvest, Renew program.
