New Multi-Organization Functionality

Users can now switch between organizations on the User Settings page if their account has multiple organizations associated with it. Search Results and Our Sites will reflect the organization the user has selected. If you would like to add multiple organizations to your account, reach out to support@paces.com or on Intercom, and we can configure it for you.

Updated FEMA 100-Year Zone A Floodplain Data

The FEMA floodplain data has been updated as of June 2024 and uploaded into the platform. This data will be used for new lists and buildable acreage calculations.

Refinement for Distribution Substation Voltage Filter

Users can now choose to filter distribution substations by voltage. When users input a substation voltage range, the search results will exclude parcels near substations that do not have voltage data. To include parcels within the range of those substations, toggle on “Include distribution substations with missing voltage data.” The search results will then populate with parcels near substations within the targeted voltage range and substations with unknown voltage.

Refinement on Owner Name Filter

We’ve made it easier for users to target parcels owned by specific owner(s) in the Owner Name Filter. When searching for multiple owners, simply separate owner names by commas. To account for owner names that contain commas, wrap the names with quotes.

For example: “Smith, John B.”, Jane Doe
