Pipeline

Pipeline is your dedicated workspace in Paces to manage and track projects you're actively developing. Move a site from Our Sites to Pipeline when:

  • You’ve engaged a site’s landowner

  • You’re ready to invest in due diligence or request Services

  • You’re actively planning to develop the project

Once a site is promoted to Pipeline it becomes a Project.

  • A Project represents a real development effort and comes with a hub where you can request services, manage deliverables, and track request progress.

When a Project is created, you can request deliverables in the Project Hub.

Services

Services are the new in-house analyses offered by Paces, which currently include:

  • Risk Reports

  • Power Flow Study

  • Critical Issues Analysis (CIA)

These reports help you assess and de-risk potential projects early on with lower cost and faster delivery timelines than traditional consultancy agencies.

Services are requested through the platform and fulfilled directly within Projects that live in Pipeline.

Requesting Services

From a Site

You can request services directly from a site by selecting Request Service in the site detail page. Next, fill out all the critical project info needed to complete the service.

When submitted, the site is automatically promoted to a project in Pipeline and the service request is attached to the new project.

From a Project

Once a site becomes a project, you can request additional services any time from the Project Hub. Choose the type of service you want, and fill out the required details. All requested services and deliverables will live in the Project Hub.
