Statewide Floodplains Data

Floodplains data can now be viewed statewide. This can be used in tandem with Paces other environmental layers which currently include wetlands and buildings. The floodplains data is available nationally and covers all areas classified as 100 year floodplains.

Environmental Reports Button

Environmental reports can now be easily generated by clicking the button on the site detail page. There is also now a counter for how many reports are remaining at your organization.

New States Added for Permitting Predictor and Community Detail Page

Permitting Predictor and Community Detail Page is now available in Delaware, Colorado, Maryland, and Iowa. This adds on to the coverage that was already available in New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Virginia. Users can quickly view permitting information statewide for all AHJs and they can dig deeper into the applicable code and ordinances on the community detail page for each AHJ.

Access Community Detail Page from Main Map

Community Details are now accessible through any map view by clicking on the “Subdivisions” map layer.
