Recalculate Paces Score button for Our Sites
The "Recalculate Paces Score" button is now live for Our Sites lists. This will fill in missing Paces Scores and generate missing insights for all parcels in the list. The “Recalculate Paces Score" button will automatically calculate the following: Greenfield Score, Rooftop Score, Greenfield Buildable Acreage (acres), Rooftop Buildable Acreage (SQFT), HIFLD Substation Dist (mi), HIFLD Line Dist (mi), Distribution, Substation Dist (mi), Three Phase Line Dist (mi), and Buildable Shape Score. Greenfield Buildable Acreage (acres) will be calculated based off of the user’s current Environmental Settings, which can be modified by clicking the Greenfield button in the upper right hand corner.
Three-phase line distance added to Paces score
"Distance to the nearest three-phase line" is now part of the Paces score. For all new and refreshed lists, if a three-phase line filter was used, the corresponding distance will appear in the score breakdown and be factored into the overall greenfield score. We also now support sorting and filtering by this distance.
Maine Hosting Capacity Maps
1, 2, and 3-phase line data has been added to Maine for the Versant and CMP utilities. Let us know if there are any issues with the data.
Select Layers on KML and KMZ Exports
We now support exporting Folders, Projects, and individual Parcels as KMZ files. Additionally, we also now support selecting individual layers for a KML or KMZ export for Folders, Projects, and individual Parcels. This is available for greenfield environmental settings. To select individual layers for an export, go to a Folder, Project, or Parcel and select “Export As”. Selecting a KML or KMZ export shows a modal which allows you to select individual layers in your KML or KMZ export.
